On Tuesday January 23 2018, I had the privilege of transporting Hartford Police Deputy Chief, Brian Foley – No, I didn’t recognize him initially, I was too fixated on the Hartford Whalers cap, but during the course of Chief Foley’s ride it was revealed and therein recognition (of course I called him Lieutenant) It was a true pleasure having Chief Foley, and he even allowed me to take a selfie with him afterwards, what a Class ACT.
